Typical job specification
Typically we get two different kinds of admin vacancies: full-time management roles and part-time flexible admin work.
Our full-time managers oversee the day-to-day operations of Titanium Tutors, including liaising with tutors and clients, and processing tutors' ID, Qualifications, DBS Checks and Testimonials. Together with our Founding Director, they are responsible for the design and improvement of all our processes. This includes making regular suggestions for technology improvements, which in turn are fed back to our web developers.
We also work with a number of part-time flexible admin assistants who help keep the company running smoothly. This role involves regular interaction with tutors and clients, and is great for honing phone skills!
Our office is in Camden Town, London, but at the current time all work is taking place remotely due to COVID.
