Looking for office jobs in London (or work from home)?
We have a growing team of friendly office staff, all of whom are committed to delivering a fantastic tutor and client experience. We typically offer full-time jobs, but we do get part-time job vacancies from time to time.
The atmosphere at Titanium Tutors is extremely exciting. We truly believe that nothing is impossible. We also believe in constant improvement, and all our team members are instrumental in making suggestions on how we can better ourselves.
This ethos of striving for the highest possible standards, whilst also having fun along the way, means that our staff not only have the daily satisfaction of great achievements, but they also significantly develop their cross-transferable skills and strengthen their CVs whilst they're working with us.
We are constantly learning from each other and raising each other's games — and we have a smashing time in the process!
Typical job specification
Typically we get three different kinds of vacancies: full-time management roles ('Company Managers'), full-time admin/sales vacancies ('Tutor Placement Managers'), and part-time flexible admin/sales roles ('Admin Assistants'). These positions collectively make up our Admin Team.
Our full-time managers and Tutor Placement Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of Titanium Tutors, including liaising with tutors and clients, thoughtfully matching tutors to students, and processing tutors' ID, Qualifications, DBS Checks and Testimonials. Together with our Founding Director, they are responsible for the design and improvement of all our processes. This includes making regular suggestions for technology improvements, which in turn are fed back to our web developers.
We also work with a number of part-time flexible admin assistants who help keep the company running smoothly. This role involves regular interaction with tutors and clients, and is great for honing phone skills!
Our office is in Camden Town, London, but at the current time all work is taking place remotely due to COVID.
